We often get asked if we can hold delivery over a holiday period or when a customer is away.

We have a system which allows you to block off days (often the Christmas period) where you will not be able to take delivery of the stash.

This is how you do it 🙂

I will be going to my parents home for Christmas from 15th Dec until 10th Jan.

I have my student house address uploaded to my tracking page, and would like the delivery either to be to my student house

before the 15th Dec

or

after the 10th Jan.

Head over to your tracking page.

Click Schedule a Delivery.

Input the date you go home and the date you are back.
